Kizakura Kappa Country

After visiting Gekkeikan, I headed to the Kizakura area.

This section is called Kizakura Kappa Country and features many exhibits of the kappa that appeared in Kizakura’s commercials.

They’ve put considerable effort into displays about kappa from all over Japan and around the world.

There are also thorough exhibits explaining sake.

Tastings are offered in a pay-per-sample format: you can purchase and try from seven varieties.

I was tempted by a shop-exclusive and tried a junmai nigori sake. It was so good that I bought a bottle at the store!
