A night walk through Kitahama and Nakanoshima
Walking through Kitahama at night
At night, if you walk along Sakaisuji, you come across wonderful modern architecture with a completely different atmosphere from the daytime. The Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation building feels even more dignified.

And here is the Koraibashi Nomura Building. Such a nice atmosphere.

The Arai Building has this feeling like you might somehow warp into another world…!

Then there’s the Osaka Exchange, lit up and full of gravitas. So cool…

After that, I crossed Naniwabashi Bridge—pronounced Naniwa, not Namba. The river sparkles beautifully at night, and the walk toward Nakanoshima feels so calming.

Even the area under the bridge is lit up in blue.

Just after crossing the bridge, Naniwabashi Station—designed by Tadao Ando—is also illuminated, which makes its beauty stand out even more.

And if you keep going, the night scenery continues…

You find more of the beautiful nighttime atmosphere that makes Nakanoshima so special, with historic architecture and riverside scenery coming together wonderfully.

After enjoying the walk, that was a good stopping point.
And that wraps up my night walk through Kitahama and Nakanoshima, where you can enjoy a wonderful evening stroll in this area.
