We visited Ki No Bi House, the brand that helped spark the current Kyoto craft gin trend.

We took a taxi from Kennin-ji and arrived at a stylish, renovated old building.
They were selling many Ki No Bi varieties I hadn't seen before, and I couldn't tell the differences well enough to choose!
Ta-da!!!
I could choose three bottles I wanted to try and taste them (¥1,500).
They also make cocktails using Ki No Bi.
I added tonic water to the tasting, made my own gin and tonic, and enjoyed deciding which Ki No Bi to buy and take home.
I got a little tipsy, but it was a fun experience…!
