Walking Nara’s Backstreets
Nakagawa Masashichi Shoten Main Store
My walking tour of Nara was still far from over. Next, I headed to the main store of Nakagawa Masashichi Shoten. It’s a beautiful building that suddenly appears in a narrow alley. It was designed by Hiroshi Naito.
It’s a multi-use complex housing a variety of shops, including Sarutahiko Coffee on the first floor. It was quite busy.
