Sake Tasting at Sumiyoshi Shuhan

Stopping by for Sake After Ramen

After eating Hakata ramen, I headed to a stylish sake shop and enjoyed standing drinks of Japanese sake.

Kakuuchi with the Irohani Masu!

It may be kakuuchi, but the Irohani Masu isn’t an ordinary masu cup! Each of its four sides is marked with i, ro, ha, and ni, so you can drink four different kinds of sake from it. What a fresh idea!!

Here are the four kinds of sake.

Tanaka Rokujugo

was especially delicious.

They poured them right up to the brim, so I got tipsy.
